The sound of a quiet and introspective college girl stumbling into a psych-pop prog jam session between Eddie Van Halen and Aphex Twin that make The Ting Tings look like a ting from the past.
‘Riot Rhythm’ is the new single from Sleigh Bells - the third track to be taken from debut album ‘Treats’. The single features the sugar sweet vocals of Alexis exchanging the now mandatory pop punches of Derek's kick-drum presets and supercharged guitars.
BBC Radio 1 In New Music We Trust show at the Forum in London on 20th January. They are joined by White Lies, Jamie Woon and Funeral Party on a line-up handpicked by Radio 1 DJs Zane Lowe and Nick Grimshaw.
