The band's breezy brand of dizzy, orchestral pop threatened to collapse into a heap of sugary nonsense with the departure of lead vocalist, Victoria Bergsman in 2006 but last year's 'WYWH' (released via Friendly Fire Recordings) album proved there's life in the old hund.ar yet.
This time the Concretes' American tour has been split in two, with the band hitting the East Coast, Midwest and Canada in January, then returning in February to tackle the West Coast.
